Management + Plan

Read our Destination Management Plan

The Suffolk and Norfolk LVEP’s strategy is driven by a Destination Management Plan developed by working with stakeholders across four workshops, two questionnaires and 50 face-to-face interviews. The work was undertaken by Reith Consultants.

The LVEP’s fingerprints are not on the DMP, but it is the LVEP’s responsibility and role to enact what is in the DMP.

The DMP provides a galvanising framework for Norfolk and Suffolk to move forward together, building on our collective and individual strengths.

The plan focuses on the priorities and associated actions identified by stakeholders that will enable us to become a top-of-mind destination, supporting profitable and growing businesses and providing a sustainable and inclusive welcome for all, underpinned by our Naturally placemaking brand.
