Suffolk & Norfolk LVEP

Welcome to our industry site

The visitor economy is vitally important to the economic success of Suffolk and Norfolk. It is worth £5.9bn and employs 120,000 people. It is the largest sector and biggest employer in Suffolk and Norfolk.

Working with our stakeholders, the Suffolk and Norfolk Local Visitor Economy Partnership (LVEP) provides a valuable role in the co-ordination, communication and development of the region’s visitor economy.

The Suffolk and Norfolk LVEP, which is an official accreditation from VisitEngland, delivers three inter-linked visitor-facing brands and channels, Visit Norfolk, Visit Suffolk and Visit East of England.

The Suffolk and Norfolk LVEP also delivers for businesses in the region, not least through our annual Tourism Business Conference and Tourism Awards, the finalists of which go forward to the VisitEngland Awards for Excellence.

This industry site is a valuable tool to support visitor economy businesses in Suffolk and Norfolk, as well as outlining the LVEP’s work to support the sector.
